Dear colleagues and friends,

The members of the organising committee are honoured to invite you to the second edition of the RFMF thematic school, dedicated to the integration of metabolomics in human health, which will take place from 5 to 10 October 2026 at the CNRS Centre in Aussois.

This event is an exceptional opportunity for researchers, both young and experienced, to deepen their knowledge and skills in the context of clinical metabolomics. The annotation of metabolomic data is a technical and conceptual challenge, and we have designed this programme to provide you with the methodological and practical tools necessary to understand it.

This week will be a privileged scientific interlude, alternating between theoretical sessions and practical workshops, supervised by international experts. Our ambition is to offer a dynamic framework for exchange, which will allow everyone to present their work, compare their methods, and strengthen the links within our thematic network.

Beyond scientific exchanges, this thematic school is also a celebration of the conviviality and spirit of sharing that characterise the RFMF. We hope that this first edition will inspire you, enrich your research and foster new collaborations.
